The Wrong Direction- Oppose HB 1125

In 2007 Marylanders, like YOU, fought hard to pass the Stormwater Management Act. This law addresses one of the root causes for our ailing bay, rainwater that washes over hard surfaces like parking lots, carrying pollution into the Chesapeake Bay.

Now, a bill has been introduced, HB 1125 , that threatens to undue this vital progress.

Please contact your legislator and let them know that you oppose allowing developers to avoid paying their fair share and you oppose HB 1125.
